Good AIME Day 3

Day 3 of AIME was very busy!

First event was at the Town Hall for breakfast.

Check out that ceiling!

The entertainment was Soul Mystique (they were on Australia's Got Talent) those quick costume change people - very good!

From there I went to inspect this little gem called the Myer Mural Hall - its not open yet ..... But just look at it!

Stunning & it's located in Myers (it's an old heritage protected building).

Next stop was Flemmington Race Track!

Morning tea!

Last stop was the National Gallery of Victoria!

Lunch was at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

From the lunch we attended a briefing.

Then raced back to the hotel, did a site inspection & got dressed for the cocktail party at St Kilda Beach Baths.

Lovely gift waiting for me from the Sebel.

Day 4 will be filled with appointments (kind of like speed dating).

Mapping AIME

On Tuesday & Wednesday I have 21 appointments!

This year a lot of my appointments are in similar areas (luckily)!

How I sort my days out at AIME, it only takes 2 different highlighters, map & a pen.

Number your appointments for each day.

Chose a highlighter colour for each day.

Find the booths on the map & number then highlight.

By doing this you will be able to find your appointments a lot easier!

Don't forget to add your own luggage tag or ribbon to your AIME wheelie bag (easier to identify).

How to Make the Most of AIME

The way I make the most out of my AIME experience is to be organized.

I take event overviews of my upcoming events to give the exhibitors.

This means they get all the information they need & I don't have to say the same thing over and over and over.

It gives me more time to explore the expo & meet more exhibitors.

AIME'ing Day 2

Had a lovely breakfast at Silverwater Resort then headed off to Eco Resort - lovely place & very nice morning tea!

Nice deck area for an event.

Then we headed off to Phillip Island Grand Pix track for a spot of go karting!

This is the view from the control tower!

Lunch was in Corporate Suite 1 - great view!

After Phillip Island I checked into Sebel Citigate Melbourne Park.

Here is the view!

Here is our gift!

Had a quick costume change, then headed out to the iconic MCG for cocktails & canapés.

Entertained by the Qantas Choir!

Was a great night and I got to catch up with my "event friends" from interstate & overseas!

I have a busy day ahead (day 3) of breakfast function, venue site inspections, lunch at the MCEC, buyer briefing, cocktail part at the Baths in St Kilda then back to the Sebel for another event.
